I recently purchased a new BOV from Turbosmart for my 2013 ecoboost and was wondering if anyone else out there had installed one of these on their 2013-2015 ecoboost already. The kit didn't come with any instructions and I'm trying to get it installed this weekend and there's no technical support on the weekends.

Find your bvp, wich should be close or on the intercooler, remove the bypass valve and replace it with the bov, adjust your spring tention to about 2 1/4 turns and your good to go

Bpv is down on the left side of the engine, it is connected to your intercooler piping, 2 10mm bolts with 2 hoses

No update yet. I've been working on the railroad all the live long day (CSX)! It will more than likely Monday/Tuesday before I can get to it. On a separate but related note I installed 4 1" wheel spacers from Easy Wheel on eBay a couple weeks back. Installed and torqued all to 150ft lbs, drove for two days and retorqued to 150 ft lbs. 3 days later one of the lugs on the drivers side rear spacer sheared off and the others began to work loose. I contacted the company about it and they replied saying that f150 lugs are only supposed to be tq to 80-85 ft lbs and to use loctite!!! As you can imagine I flipped out on them a bit so hopefully a new one will be on it's way to me tomorrow. I still can't believe they tried to tell me to do that to my lug nuts!
