Just bought a 2009 King Ranch. 130,000 miles, I'm going to give it a tune up. Suggestions on plug and coil brands? My mechanic said the 09 engine is bad about plugs breaking off and there was a new type to go back with that don't break off as easy. Any suggestions appreciated

motorcraft plugs...they have a newer design...one piece now.
