Default New FX4 Eco, a few issues

Hi all,
Got a 14 FX4 Screw Eco a few months ago and finally got around to installing a few mods. Love the truck, there are a few issues though.

Mods include Fox 2.0 coilovers/rear shocks, Icon UCAs, 275/65r20 duratracs, dual liner bed liner, custom badges and emblems, tint, and a few other small things.

So far the truck has been great. I have issues with my driveshaft/slip yoke with the clunking every time i stop and start going but thats small. As well as the dreaded rattles in the doors but this is my 3rd 09+ F150 so those were to be expected. Truck has 7k miles

The issues i am more worried about are the noises i am getting from my front end since the install of my level. There is a really annoying squeak sometimes when i turn my steering wheel left or right. I park in an underground garage and its very loud when im in there but i can hear it on the streets too. I cant hear it while going straight, but only while turning the wheel. Also, if i have the truck turned at full lock sometimes i hear a huge thunk in the middle of the turn? Any ideas on what these can be? Took it to the shop that did the install and of course the noise wasnt there at the time of the visit so theres not much they can do. It seems to be worse after it has been sitting for an extended period of time so i might leave it there overnight and see if they hear it the next morning.

Thanks! And of course heres a few pics:

A squeak can literately be anything, especially since the front end has already had someone into it.

Noises can not be diagnosed over the internet...contrary to popular belief. It will take you jacking up the truck and poking around. This one is on you to discover. Unless you like going by every tom, dick and harry's recommend shot in the darks.

on my last 2012 f150 I installed a leveling kit and had the same issue. squeaking/ticking noise making a turn. After looking it up and having a few places look at it and couldn't figure it out I had re torqued all the bolts i touched. I finally got rid of the noise once i had it jacked up and tightened it all down! such a pain to figure it out but was an easy fix once i discovered it.

hope this helps

Sometime tightening the bolts with weight on the tires helps.
