You might get lucky depending on color. The 5'6" bed is more common than the 6'6".

I wanted a mid height shell and couldn't find anything used within 500 miles that would work, so I broke down and ordered a new Jason Trek yesterday. Should have it in a month or so and will post pics.

Just realized this was the only pic I have of the topper on my '11. The color actually matched perfect, but just comes out different looking in pictures.

Bought my '14 and took the topper apart to paint to match the new truck.

Just sold it the other day to a guy with a red '13 FX4. Said he was going to tear it apart and paint it to match his truck.

Quick question for you guys.... Will a 5.5 foot bed camper shell from a 2007 fit a 2014? It should right?

It seems I've read that the top of tailgate is different, but someone else will need to confirm.

Correct. I think the edge of the tailgate will cause closure issues, or at the very least not a good seal. I think the area where the cab meets the bed is different as well.

When Ford changes body styles on the F-150 they usually changes everything (fenders, cab, bed), vs. the Super Duty which usually gets front end tweaks and have quite a few interchangeable parts over a couple different body styles.

I would say that the cap would not work well.

Won't fit correctly. Bed was changed in several areas in 2009.

Well, picked it up today. It's a fairly basic shell for a good price. Cost before tax with the carpeted headliner and drop-down sliding front window was $1300. I've had numerous shells over the years, and have learned that they're all worth about the same when you go to sell them. This is my first mid-height and I think I'm going to like the taller door when loading things.

On the one I put on...... It's for 2004-2008 models, but after reading the thread someone posted on here about the minor mods to make it fit I went for it. In great shape and the guy was basically giving it away at 250 bucks so I jumped on it. I just need to either paint it flat black or green to match the rest of the truck. Still deciding on that one.
