I have a 2010 XLT 4.6 V8 and it stalled out at a stop light. It started right up but there was no reason for it to stall, any ideas.

This has happened to others as well. Do a little search and you'll find out you're not alone.

I had the same thing happen to my '10 5.4 after numerous stalls at random times and 3 trips to dealership they finally determined vacuum sensor to blame. It had stumped them to where they were going back and fourth with Ford Engineering. At first they thought it was the throttle body so they replaced but problem continued.

I took to Capital Ford in Raleigh, NC and they should have all records if your dealer needs to contact them. Good luck!
