Cool observations.
Going from a 2010 to a 2013 I have noticed a lot of cool tech updates, other than the huge improvement in V8 performance, here are some things I think are cool upgrades in the XLT package:
The dash. The blue is great.
Electric power steering.
The info on the trip meters.
The ease of the unlock option programming.
Not just the camera, but the Zoom options on the camera.
The memory of the reverse sensing system when you have a trailer hooked up with the 7 pin plugged in
The 3 blink merge on the turn signal blinks 5 times with a trailer hooked up with the 7 pin plugged in
The additional speakers and improved stereo sound. (I still added a subwoofer)
The radio sound settings-treble, mid, bass, and the adjustment screen stays on longer.
The radio display, in phone mode, shows your phones battery strength and signal strength.
Being able to turn off courtesy wipe.
6 fan speeds vs the old 3 for the heating/cooling system.
Front drivers and passenger window auto down and up.
The manual transmission mode.
Hill decent control.
I'm sure I will find more. Love this truck.

I've saw the Courtesy Wipe option on my screen, WTF is it exactly?

That's for when you use the washer fluid to clean your front window. Your wipers will motion though one last time after you released the button to ensure all fluid is cleared off.

Boost :)
When you do your windshield washer fluid/sprayer, it tends to stay on for 3 wipes depending on how long you hold down the button. After it is done, it waits a few seconds and then does one more "courtesy wipe" after to ensure it has gotten all the remaining liquid.
