That sucks your having all these issues. Only issue I've had in 2 years and over 25k miles is the sync system went out and they repaired it and provided a nice rental for free.
As far as the issues go the only one I could say they can blame on you would be any transmission issues due to the tune. My brother has a heavily modified 5.0 and he would complain about the tranny shifting hard with a tune. Honestly that one you can't blame anyone but yourself for changing the dynamics of the engine/tranny on purpose and it resulting in issues (it could have happened without a tune but if you play you pay sometimes). The rest sound like faulty parts though and hopefully you can get them fixed. Good luck with the services.

Ah, the joys of being young. I walked in to a dealer cash in hand to buy a '14 Mustang and the sales guy said, and i'm quoting "you can't be serious, stop wasting our time" when i wanted to test drive it before we went inside to deal on it. Drove down the street, they treated me with respect, i picked it up later that day and was tempted to drive back to that other dealer... Good luck man...

Wish you the best buddy, hope they can get it taken care of!!
I often try my best to hide my age from most people on this forum. When people don't know my age, everything is respected and when I tell people I'm also 18, people automatically put us into the "spoiled, non working, greedy" kids and are complete A-Holes. Amazing how judgemental people are only knowing a number.. Seems like people need to just respect everyone, age doesn't always determine maturity!! Hardcore is probably the most mature 18 year old out there

I haven't been around here in a while, do people STILL make wrongful assumptions when they know we're 18?

As far as age goes you can be a teenager and still be very mature but there's no doubt that age teaches you more life lessons. But even being in the military I meet people every day in their 30s and 40s who who have the mental maturity of a 10 year old haha.
When I was 18 I was working full time as an operator and made the mistake of buying a Nissan (I was young and dumb that's all the more I want to say about that haha) but when I went to trade it for a new ford 6 months later the first dealership treated me like I was an idiot and they were very disrespectful. I called another dealership the next day and told them the situation and they were shocked. They asked if I wanted to come in that evening and I gave them a time. When I showed up they had the car pulled up with the ac on and a sales men standing by to greet me. People are too quick to judge based upon age/race/gender/etc and that's why I try to judge a person by their traits and who they are as a person.
But sorry to go off on a random story. I apologize if you said this earlier I skipped a page or two but have you tried going to a different dealership?

wait a minute!!! what the heck are all these 18 year old kids doing on this thread??? it clearing says 2009 to present!! Now that does explain the ones on here complaining about the 18 year old kids as they do belong, because 2009 to present means you are 5 years old or younger!!!

Look here is what I have to say about this tread,,,, I don't care about the age of the owner, the Mod's he may or may not have.... I am getting pretty sick of reading threads about dealers not warranting something because you put a sticker on the truck! The facts are the facts..... if many people have a problem which is the same one that someone has with a sticker on then guess what,,,, it isn't the sticker..... This post has nothing to do with bashing young kids, mods or whatever! it has to do with a person that has us with the same problem interested in the result! Seems like either the dealer or Ford is making excuses for no wanting to repair a defect they created! So like my step kid said way back when he was 5,,,,,, See,,, So There!

Ford's customer service and warranty work has driven me away from ever owning another Ford vehicle. First with my '13 Mustang and now with our '11 F350. Absolutely ridiculous. I hope yours gets fixed bud, I really do.

Yes the issue is indeed IMO Ford knows of an issue, then issues a TSB or recall, then tries to get out of it because you may have done something that has nothing to do with a pre existing defect or bad workmanship. If your the single guy having a unknown issue because you blew up your engine or modded your truck to cause the issue it is a different story, but no one is trying to pass off something they did as a Ford issue in this thread. From what I have experienced personally IMO they will try to get out of what they can even if they know it is a pre existing issue on their part. Just my opinion.
