Glad it's getting taken care of, never realized Ford Canada messed with it like that. I can see why they did it but it threw a bit of a wrench in everything.

I hope and am sure you will get better service there. When I pick the truck up tomorrow I'll tell Mickey I'm sending him a guy. Maybe then he'll be able to put the pieces together 
good guy to deal with though, wouldn't take my service business to anyone at that dealer other than him.

Got my truck back about 5 minutes ago. Already off to a great start. Steering used to track straight.

Also drives like ****. Speaker still rattles, steering wanders all over the place and has about 5 inches of play. Every time i let off the gas and ease back into it the driveshaft does a little bump and clunk.
Steering still vaguely rattles over rough terrain, rear end click is gone.
