Truck is going in this afternoon, progress thread

I could never afford a new raptor..they top out at $67k in Canada. I'd love to have one..I'd do something cool like turn it into a Platinum or King Ranch Raptor!
Next truck If the repairs don't work out will be a '13 FX4 5.0L or Eco (haven't decided, maybe I should make a thread about deciding between the two? ) black or white. Can't bring myself to switch brands. I just want a reliable version of my 2011 but with cool new stuff like MFT and butt coolers, Lol!

I REALLY don't want to start the eco vs 5.0 discussion (please guys... Don't) but i'm on my second 5.0, and while i've had probably 10+ hours of seat time in the eco, it just doesn't do it for me. Try a good 'ol American V8 for your next one. Maybe even the 6.2?

Just go for a C7 next! I am still trying to figure out how I can swing one of those and keep my much more practical truck. Luckily the screw cab is big enough I dont need a house lol

Tell me about Canadian pricing... The FX4 i just bought would of been some 8k cheaper in the states... I REALLY don't want to start the eco vs 5.0 discussion (please guys... I'd love one! They look sexy. First corvette in years (since the C3) that I actually like.

Update.
No truck today, but that's alright. I wasn't expecting to have it back. My service advisor phoned me and told me that most of the repairs are done (implying that the rear end is fixed..? not too sure) but they have not fixed the EPAS system yet.
He told me Ford has contacted them in regards to the forum, maybe we scared them with publicity? All kidding aside, They have to "evaluate" the truck to make sure they can rule out the leveling struts as the issue. At this point I think that is fair, I'm going to let them do what they do. Only when/if they start to blame the leveling kit as the issue without justification will I start to have some problems. Patience is key here. I suppose that if I want the truck fixed, I am going to (and am willing to) wait until at least Tuesday. I may drop by the dealer with my spare key this weekend and just change gear real quick to test the rear end to make sure all is well. I am still skeptical about the rear end being totally fixed. I seem to recall the truck didn't make the noise when cold.
I am 100% convinced that as a collective, we have made some very good points, and Ford has recognized this and who knows, they might be getting a bit scared. Maybe they know that if the outcome wasn't good we'd have alot of eyes looking straight at Ford. I really am grateful of the support so far, I feel that without the power of this forum and other social media sources and group support I'd have been blown off long ago.
Thanks once again!

Hope they get it all taken care of for you.
As a side note, my truck has needed a new sunvisor mirror cover, a back-up sensor, and the roof was repainted due to rust 2 weeks ago. On a 2011 with 19k. Ford has been great to work with and hasn't blinked an eye to fix these items.
Only on-going issue is my back-up camera working intermittently.

I know My Ford Customer Service Rep from Florida, she called my Dealer quite a few times for up dates, she was on top of it before it even went in the shop. The Fact that there is all these TSB's now they can't Ignore us any more and your right Too many Eye's watching now......all I can say I had Positive Out come from start to finish, and it all started here with Ashley & Bianca F150 forum.
also they did 42Km of road testing to make sure my truck was fixed.....they made the effort, hope it all lasts for me....but as it stands they stand at 100% for me..
hope it is all fixed for you!
Cheers
Grant
