Ford Customer Service
You must be misunderstood if you think I'm looking for a fight. I'm looking for a resolution because I've been let down many-a times by my F-150. I depend on this vehicle every day and there has been more instances than I'd like to admit where my pickup has let me down. I said it before, but owning a new vehicle should NOT be so stressful. This was an expensive vehicle, So naturally I want a resolution, and naturally I'm really not too happy about my current situation. What are you expecting me to say/do? Throw me a bone!
Like I said before, I de-tuned months ago. My aftermarket struts were installed by a Ford dealer. Some Ford dealers specialize in the installation of leveling kits on new trucks. Do you really think Ford dealers would install them if they ruined the truck's steering? And I will say it yet again, these issues were present long before the mods.

I just checked on your case and Tracy noted that the service advisor wasn't available at the time of her call. She will contact you once she is able to reach him.
Hang tight!

it's gonna still click but it's good the other stuff is being taken care of. The bummer is, your two biggest annoyances are the two issues that most likely won't be found

I've been driving my dad's 2011 Limited since Monday and have fallen in love with it. That truck is how most Ford pickups are. solid, dependable and problem free. Only thing that has ever been wrong with it worth mentioning is one TPMS sensor went out. He put aftermarket, larger Bridgestone tires on the truck and nobody at Ford batted an eye. 7 of my uncles and cousins all drive Ford pickups (6 F-150's and 1 F-250) and all are absolutely flawless. Not a single issue with any of them. Sucks that I got the bad card.

Seems like you got a "bad apple" tbh... Perhaps trade it in on a '13? Also, did they give you any updates today/ETA of when it'll be ready?

If there's even a trace of both of these issues when I pick up the truck it's being sold for a '13. I put an update closer to the top of this page, maybe on the last page. Truck is supposed to be ready tomorrow. They ordered a new driveshaft (99% sure the driveshaft alone won't fix it) and will be "investigating" the front end clunk tomorrow morning.

Next truck If the repairs don't work out will be a '13 FX4 5.0L or Eco (haven't decided, maybe I should make a thread about deciding between the two? ) black or white. Can't bring myself to switch brands. I just want a reliable version of my 2011 but with cool new stuff like MFT and butt coolers, Lol!
