Default Truck feels sluggish and drop in MPG's

Hey all, I've got a 2009 5.4, its got 150k on the clock, and i've recently started to notice a pretty reasonable drop in MPG's accompanied by my truck feeling sluggish to drive. About three days ago the truck ran a check engine light and i checked the codes on my edge tuner and they were P0172 and P0175 which says that it's running rich in banks 1&2. Anyone have the same issue and have some advice for me or does anyone know what it could be? Few things I can think of are injectors, failed cat(s), or an 02 sensor. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

EDIT: I'm taking the truck in friday for an inspection, i'll update this thread again with what they find to help anyone else out that may have this issue

Plugs, air filter and clean MAF sensor.
That should resolve all those issues.

If you don't have a record of it being done already, I'd definitely plan on doing them.

Did you recently drive an EcoBoost? My 2010 felt sluggish after I test drove an EcoBoost.

(Unhelpful, I know)
