Not a fan of the black surround. Reminds me of a replacement part that someone installs but never gets around to painting.

From what I've gathered everybody likes the way an FX4 looks.

20% tint added to the fronts.

Truck looks great with the tint and the Amps. Mind me asking where you purchase your Amps and how much? I would love a set but not in the budget right now. I watch Craigslist hoping for the deal of the century.

Autoplicity in the vendor section has the best price I've found in them. It got mine (PnP version) for $900 shipped.

Here are my inputs. Granted, this is what I would do if it were my truck. Everyone's tastes are different:

1. Paint the grille surround white to match.
2. Paint the middle of the grille black (flat or gloss).
3. Paint your bumpers black (chrome bumpers look weird with black wheels).
4. Paint your door handles and surround black to match your wheels and bumpers.
5. Paint your emblems black on the outside, white on the inside.

The black wheels (on a white truck) just seem out of place without there being other black accents on your truck. Painting the bumpers and door handles/door handle surrounds will tie those wheels in much better. Having chrome accents (bumpers, grille, door handles) make your wheels look out of place since they're black. I think have either black and paint color all around, or chrome and paint color all around, but not both. Looks too busy.

I unfortunately went through Autoplicity, and I will never use them again. They shipped the wrong product, and were really not helpful with the replacement. No joke 20-30 interactions through Email and PM and I had to call them 4 or 5 times! The guys made it all seem like it was my fault, and I had to spend $7 for supplies to get them the product back. They told me the replacement was shipped, but it wasn't until they had tracking on the package I sent back.

I gave them the chance to make up for it and sell me a BakFlip for a good deal, but their quote was $3 higher than Kyle Trucks.

What year is your truck? I paid just over $1000 for the plug and play.

Never mind on the year, I see it's a 2010. I wonder if the price is less for a Scab? I do need to turn in my $100 rebate...

Trust me all your suggestions have been thought of. I agree with the "everyone has different tastes", that being said I am not trying to turn my truck into an Fx4 appearance package.
