Good point. I didn't see that they made that size in the Trail Grappler until you posted. That should fit without a level as well.

Post #12 here has a guy running 295/55/20 with rubbing at full lock: https://www.f150forum.com/f38/295-55...239911/index2/

And post #14

Like I said earlier, find a shop that is willing to work with you. I researched for over a month on sizes, brands, and different setups. I was paranoid that the 295/60R20's wouldn't fit when I went in. The tire shop agreed to test fit before I had any obligation to pay. Unless you want to stay on the conservative side, your "fits or won't fits" are going to vary with bigger sizes.

I agree 100% it does...I'm just on the fence because of the possible voided warranty issue lol...I know that in order for it to be void the dealer has to prove the mod caused the issue but still I could see it being a real mess. Plus while I would only go with a 2 inch level I cant help but wonder what kind of extra stress it might put on certain components.

I don't think there is a concrete answer. Some people that run 295/60/20's get a little rubbing on the UCA when turned to full lock and some don't. My 295/60/20's don't rub the UCA at full lock.FWIW, I have a 2" AS leveling kit(front only).

Just call around to the dealerships in your area and ask if they install levelling kits. The first one that does have it installed there and alined. My dealership installs levels and lifts. They were doing a 6 inch lift when I was there the other day getting parts.

I agree with zimmer a 295/55r20 would fit without a level, and it would still look good if you decide to level later on. If you are going to go on and level from the start, which I would, then I would go with the 295/60r20 on stock wheels
