the 295/60/r20....the overall width says 12.13 inches, where are you getting 11.6 inches from?

And I really like the look of your truck il duce but it worries me about any sort of rubbing on the UCA,

If I went with zero lift and stayed stock what's the largest size I could go up to, with zero rub?

If I went with a 2 inch lift and kept everything else stock what's the largest size I could go up to, with zero rub?
me either...lol

I have no problem with the rubbing because I never need to go full lock in either direction. I have had the tires on for almost 2 months and have yet to actually rub. The only reason I know they rub on the UCA is because when the tire shop put them on, they showed me by turning the wheel to full lock in both directions and it barely hit the UCA.

If you stay stock height, you can probably do 275/60/20, 275/65/20, 285/60/20, or 285/55/20. With a 2" level, I've seen people with different setups clear just fine while other have some rubbing. I've seen too many variances of people with 2" levels to comment on the biggest size. If you are truly concerned about rubbing, then stay conservative with the previous sizes listed. I know other people who have run 295/60/20 with no rubbing at all.

I live in NY sadly so I have to go full lock every day. So if I stay completely stock, no level, and run 285/55/R20 Trail Grapplers I should be ok then?

It would still be close I think.

There are a couple of guys in this thread that say they ran 285/55R20 TERRA Grapplers without a level. I'm not sure if the aggressiveness of the TRAIL Grapplers will make a huge difference or not: https://www.f150forum.com/f31/285-55...167351/index2/

If you want to be absolutely safe, I would say go with the 275/65R20.

I was looking at those too...I prefer a taller tire than a much wider one but do you think the height of 34.33 inches wouldnt be an issue?

No, height shouldn't be an issue. There are a few guys in this thread that ran that size without a level: https://www.f150forum.com/f38/2-leve...65-r20-195499/

And here: https://www.f150forum.com/f38/275-65...-level-200723/

Find a decent tire shop to work with too. Mine was willing to test fit the front two before I agreed to pay them in case they didn't fit.
