I have a few extra of these keys from my last few trucks, they all look the same.

Question: Can I sell them? can someone else use these keys with their truck? is there a way they can re-cut them, and/or re-program them to work in another truck?

If yes, how much can I ask?

That looks nothing like my key the ridges in mine are more plateaus than yours which look almost like sharp points.

The remote part can be reprogrammed to another truck, and the key can be replaced with a blank to be cut later. As far as selling them goes you might get 10$ for it as the reprogram and key cut will cost the individual at least 100$ for labor and the blank.

The shell is still good and can be used to replace a worn out casing, or faded buttons. Not really a market for it but you can always try
