Default Traction Control Fuses

Has anybody tryed pulling the Stability an Roll fuses?? If so how did it work?? Im thinking if i pull those fuses it will only take 1 push of the TC button to fully turn off all TCs. With out having to hold the button down for 5seconds everytime you pass 35mph....

Uh, how about you post this in any of the other zillion (well maybe just 1 or 2 huge ones) threads about disabling the various traction/stability/roll systems, or try it YOURSELF?

If you pull the fuses you would be entirely without the safety systems - forget pushing the button.

Why do you want to turn it off anyway?

So i dont have to keep holding the TC button for 5 seconds eveytime i pass 35mph...Also it cant be good for the engine an braking to be always kicking in for a whole winter eveytime you drive.

Shortly after buying my '09, the truck hydroplaned. I was fortunate to see the electronic safety controls kick in and stabilize the truck in a such forward movement without loss of vehicle. Permanently disabling safety features is crazy, in my humble opinion.

I agree 100% with you. Permanent disabling could lead to a seriuos unwanted results, BUT the point here is to TEMPORARY disable the TC and SC while off roading so that this safety feature will not work to your disadvantage when you need speed.

I beleive that's the point.
