I wanted to see what side I wanted out. Flat side or raised side.

I'd also like to see the raised white letter side.

There is no raised white lettering. Look at the bottom left of the picture you can see the words Open raised. Here is a picture of not raised. These are on my truck, 285/75/18.

NO raised whites? That's odd.

Some people hate on me for always having the whites showing, But i HATE the look of a giant plain black sidewall. I love me some raised whites.

Yes, that is correct, no raised white letters on these later version A/T Toyos. Edit: I should have been more clear, there are [some] selected sizes in OWL; however, my size (285/75/18) was available only in Black Wall. I also imagine this is subject to change, month to month and year to year? Sorry for the confusion.

However, the new A/T II's do have a one side in flat black and the other side with a shine to it; as if they have specially/highly polished one wall of the tire mold to achieve this look.

You therefore have the option of a flat black or shiny black side facing out.

I was at my local tire dealer just last week, comparing them side by side, and they look really great.

I have had the (original version) Toyo A/T's on my truck for nearly three years now (285/75/18) and I love them in all respects (other than obvious loss of MPG) and I love the way they fill up the wheel well. If I replace them before I buy my new truck, I will go with the A/T II's. Each to his own, on the look, more rubber, less rubber, white letter, or black letter; this is why we have choices.

At one time I liked white letter tires; now I don't, as they get easily beat up and start to look like s**t after a year or so of regular trips out in the desert or mountains.

Not sure if this link was posted previously, but it has the Toyo A/T II tire sizes available--per wheel size:
