[MENTION=114865]13Harleyfan[/MENTION], mine is a 2013 XLT too. I guess it doesn't have the holes the more I look at it, just a hole where the intercooler is. I'm thinking about just using hooks on the rear trailer hitch.

There is a special tool for installing the bolts, a major pain.

Installing my bull bar would have been a 15-30 minute job but with trimming and fishing the mounting bolts thru the frame(where the hooks would normally be mounted) it took about 3 hours, I went slow because I wanted to trim the least amount possible. The template wasn't close to what I needed to trim.

yeah i did what snowdog said. excpet mine has a hitch ball i can use to tow with too. it cost about $70 for the one i have but its worth it.
