Sueded the back support piece to create a scratch free surface for my ipad to slide into, and it looks pretty nice when i take the ipad out!

How it looks with the ipad out.. i love it. Now i just have to wipe everything down, mount my on/off switch in the cigarette lighter hole at the bottom, and put some black door edge guard around the "ears" to close the gaps

Dude this looks killer! I love the custom stuff, cant wait to see it all together. On a different topic, do you have any pics of the outside of your truck? I wanna see them rims with a full shot of the truck. Looks sweet bro keep up the great work!

Thanks a lot bro!! It's been a lot of work up to this point! but it's almost there. I'm a big fan of custom as well, it separates my truck from the others!

All I can say is wow, and thank you for taking the time to share build with us. Just wish I had extra time to take on a project like this. After you get everything completed and if you decide to make and sell this as a kit let me know. I have my iPad integrated with my work duties and tired of it sitting on console. Defiantly will be interested in purchasing.

One question....why'd your 90 degree connecter not work without cutting, but soundman's did?
