What level did you end up going with?
So I've dug through as many of the 500+ pages as I could but can't quite find what I need. I have a 2014 FX4 with the stock 20" black rims. At some point I want to do a coil over conversion but since the lottery commission will not cooperate with me I can't swing the $1800 for the suspension components I want and the $1000 for the tires at the same time. So what I'm looking for is a tire that will fit on the stock set up but still look good with the new suspension when the funds replenish. I've seen that some of the tires that are on our trucks may say they are the same size but run larger and may or may not fit.
These are what I'm looking at:
Nitto Ridge Grappler All-Terrain LT295/60R20 or LT275/65R20
BFG KO2 275/60r20
Cooper Discoverer STT Pro All-Terrain LT275/65R20 or LT295/55R20
I do mostly roads and highway with a little off road. Any help and input is welcome.

To compare: 295/70/18- 34.29" X 11.77"
275/65/20- 33" X 10.8"
275/65/20 will likely fit on a stock height 4X4. If you have a 2WD, I recommend you lift the front at least 2". If you go up 2.5" in front, you'll need to add a block or add-a-leaf in the rear to keep it from being nose high.

I felt the same way about 275-70-18. Quite a few people told me the largest I could go would be 275-70-18. Although they were considerably larger than my stock 265-60-18 tires, they looked way too small with a 2.5 level

I think that's exactly where I'm gonna go with mine. I don't need off-road capabilities of the fox 2.0's esp for the price. And I would love a better on road ride! And a little bigger tire.

For light offroad use the Bilstein's are fine. My Toyo's even though they are P rated surprise me with decent traction in light offroad conditions. They're rated at 2,601 lbs load rating so they will haul anything that a F-150 can do legally. I'm well satisfied with this setup. If you want a more aggressive looking tire in a 275x60x20 the BFG's...Duratracs and Falken Wildpeak's may be worth checking out.
