Hey guys I have been doing some research as I am looking for some new tires, but I just manage to confuse myself even more lol. My rear tires are pretty bald. I currently have 325/60 R20 but experience some rub after installing some 1-1/4" adapters ( I had some rubbing in the rear with my shocks and about 1/8" clearance to upper control arm in the front prior to the adapters). What would be the next size I can go with that will not make my truck look funny with a 6" lift but no rubbing?? Have the Fx4 20 factory rims.

I'm looking at 18x9 Fuel Mavericks with +20 offset and put my 35s on those. Does anyone know if this will scrub worse or give me the clearance I need?
You should be clear with that offset! My last truck was a 2012 and also had Fuel mavericks with the same offset and I ran 325/50 R22's. Some minor trimming on fronts and very good to go.Details in my signature!

I got them put on a couple days ago. Had to do some trimming on the valance and fender liner on both sides and the fender flare on the driver's side. No more scrubbing on the a-arm finally. 9" width is perfect for the 12.5 wides and they're finally making even contact with the road. Very satisfied and I love the way they look on the truck. Now to just get shorter lug nuts so I can put my center caps on.

2011 SCrew FX4

2.75" level on Boss Coilovers
1.5" Bora Spacers with oem 20" wheels
295/55r20 Cooper STT Pro's

Mild rub on front plastic trim when in reverse and turning. Mild trim (couple inches) of the lower valence and no rubbing at any point.

Default Will 275/60/20 fit on 0 offset rim and stock suspension

Ok Gentlemen,
I've been trying to find info about 275/60/20 on 0 offset rims. I have a 2014 4wd XLT with stock suspension and 20x9 Gear Alloy Big Blocks with 0 offset that I stuck the stock 275/55/20's on until I can talk my wife into new rubbers. I'm wondering if I can get the 275/60's in there with no rubbing without having to put a leveling kit on as she is already complaining about me taking the steps off. Any info would be great! This is how she looks now.

Yep, you can easily get 275/60s (33") on there. I have same size in Nitto G2s on my stock FX2 and you have more room to play with on the 4x4. (Unsure how your offset differs from stock though, this is going just based off stock suspension.)

Thanks Texas Ag. The offset on stock rims is +44 and mine is 0 so I'm hoping they don't rub.

I had a flat tire over the weekend and now debating if I should do a complete makeover or just get the tire replaced. I already have boss coilovers and icon uca's, but was waiting until it was time to replace all 4 tires - ~25K miles left on current tires. Do you guys think +20 or +18 offset on 9" wide wheels and 295/305 tires will rub the icon uca's? I havent seen a definitive yes or no on this, but with the 5" max backspacing icon states seems I should be looking at 0 offsets. I'm concerned they might stick out too much.

I have some 20X9 wheels that have the +20mm offset but yet to put them on. I'm running 305/50/20 Nitto G2's on the factory 20's now - I'm hoping I won't have any issues. With the +20mm offset, the new wheels will push out about 1.25".
