From what I've seen you should be able to clear just might have to trim the lower air dam a little

Looking for a suggestion for my 2011 F150 Lariat screw - all stock right now.

My Pirellis are about shot at 31k miles - they're 275/55/20's and I want something to fill up the wheel well a bit. I stopped at a local well respected off road shop near me to ask about a level and what the largest tire was that I could reasonably expect to be able to use. The owner was on vacation so I spoke with one of his installers.

He suggested a 2.5" BDS level with rear blocks - installed (including realignment) at $670. He also suggested Dick Cepek Fun Country 285/55/20's at $388 each mounted and balanced (which seemed extremely high to me).

I was a bit put off by the installed price of the level kit so I may hold off on that but was very bummed about his suggestion of only 285/55/20 tires with a level not to mention the price.

So I've regrouped a bit and did more research here and my thoughts right now are Cooper ATP 275/60/20's from Discount Tire Direct at $177 each and having Costco mount and balance them for me. Will I need a realignment if if I do this?

Also - my thoughts are this size will fill up my wheel wells decently until the point where I get a level - and even then should still look fairly decent and not too small (like my Pirellis do now). Or should I consider a different tire size assuming I'll do a 2.5" level fairly soon?

Anyway I'm open to some other suggestions, opinions or general input. I'd like a more aggressive tread and larger looking tire - I have to keep my stock 20" Lariat wheels for now (darn school taxes are due) but think I'd like to get a level fairly soon. Curious if others think that $670 level/realignment price sounds high as well.

Many thanks!

$670 is insanely high. I thought I overpaid when it was about $250 for both. I had a dealer install mine too. Maybe see what your local Ford says and if they are used to adding level kits.
275 60 20 will be taller than 285 55 20 anyway. But with a level on 4x4 you can go fairly large with stock wheels
