Thanks. I've only had the tires for a couple weeks but I'm happy with them so far. I like that they dont make much noise on the highway. The real test for me will be how they do in the snow, which is part of the reason I went with 275 over a wider tire. I'm not sure what you mean by "rim lip protector" but Kelly is made by Goodyear so they are basically a cheaper version of Duratrac. Yes they are 275/70R18.

Yeah I need a tire that performs well in the snow as well. Everything I have read about the TSR's say they do, and being very similar to the Duratrac's I do not see why they wouldn't. The rim protector is just a deeper seat/bead on the tire for the edge of the rim where they meet so if you curb the wheel it is less likely to damage the edge of the rim; basically hitting the sidewall rather than the rim edge. Something like that haha. After reading more both the Duratrac's and S/T Maxx's have rim protection. I am still leaning towards the TSR's; great price for a well reviewed tire.

I have an 2014 FX4 with stock rims and want to keep them. I have a MotoFab 1.5" front level kit on it on the 20" rims. What is the biggest I can run with no rubbing/trimming? I'm looking at the KO2's and Toyo's for the warranty. I'd like to run 295/65/20's if possible but would go down if I had to.
Thoughts?

I've look through the posts and couldn't find anything exactly like my set up.
Much appreciated in advance

Hey guys, Im literally about to pull the trigger on some fuel trophys tomorrow. 17x8.5 +6mm offset. The offset is the only thing I'm worried about. I'm gonna put nittto terra g2's on them, 295/70r17. I have a two inch level. Does anyone know how far past my fender these tires will stick out or have seen this setup before? I'm perfectly fine with around an 1inch give or take some, but Ive searched this site up and down without a whole lot of luck. Any advise would be so much appreciated. Thanks everyone for everything on this awesome site.

I run a 305/70/17 Nitto Terra Grappler G2 on raptor beadlock wheels. My truck is a 2012 2wd RCSB with a 2.5" autospring front spacer. I have no rubing issues whatsoever!

I am riding on Pro Comp 7005 rims measuring 17' X 9' with 4.75' backspacing. My tires are "E" rated BFG AT KO's measuring 285/70/17, which is a little smaller than a 33', about 32.7 by 11.2.

Initially I lifted the front only and experienced no rubbing on the road. It looked pretty level too front to back, but under full articulation offroading the left rear tire rubbed the fender and put a nick in the sidewall at the very uppermost portion of the tread. So just a 2.5 inch front lift won't work in all circumstances with my tire. You need some rear lift too. The nick was about 1/2 down from the top of the tire, so with a 1.25 inch lift in the rear now, it shouldn't be a problem anymore. I can't wait to test it!
Your truck looks good. Enough to be noticeable as being lifted/leveled, but not overkill. What is your wheel/tire size and offset?

I'd like to do something similar with my '12 Lariat 2WD (remove pinstripe, level, larger tire, black wheels).

So I'm just wanting make sure I'm correct before I pull the trigger on some wheels. I've got a set of 305/50r20 cooper zeon LTZs and I would like to put them on Fuel Beast wheels. Does anybody foresee any rubbing with 20x9 +20 offset and 5.75" backspacing? Would +1 offset with 5" bs be a better fit? Truck's a '14 FX4, stock suspension. Looking at getting Fox 2.0 coilovers in the near future as well. Thanks guys.

The +20 will work fine. Heck with the 50 series, either offset should work, just depends on how far out you want the tire to stick from the fender (the +1 will stick out 19mm farther). I run a 305/55-20 on a 20x9 wheel with +35mm offset.
