Ok, so I need new tires on my 2012 Platinum 4x4 and I want to go all out and get wheels with it too. I've been looking at Fuel Hostages 20x9 or 20x10 and I want to go as wide as I can with tires. So my question is, what is the widest wheel/tire combo I can get on stock height, and what is the widest with a 2.5 inch level? I want my wheels out past the fenders. Thanks.

I have a 2.5 AS and still needed to do minor trimming.
How close the tires are to the uca?

I haven't had any rubbing so far, that I have noticed anyway. I will take a pic of it when I get out of work this afternoon.

I have been scouring several forums to find an answer to my question. I'm sure its somewhere, but I've been unable to find it. I have a 2009 F150 King Ranch 4WD. I have recently ordered the Bilstein 5100s for all 4 corners. When installed, I plan on having them at the 2nd to highest setting to level out the rake. I'm looking at Nitto Terra Grapplers. My rims are stock 18". Will the LT295/70r18s rub? They're 34.41x11.77. I'm between those and the 275/70r18 which measure 33.27x10.94. I want good fill with ZERO rub. Anyone have experience with either set up?

4WD 2012 FX4

305/55/20 Nitto Terra Grapplers

Stock FX4 Appearance Package 20" Rims

Zone Off Road 2" leveling kit. (Front Only) http://zoneoffroad.com/zone-offroad-...ord-f150/f1203

I had no rubbing without the leveling kit (stock) installed and no rubbing after the leveling kit was installed.

$1200 for the tires from Discount Tires Direct.

Here is a crappy picture. Sun + snow makes it impossible to get a decent picture.

Hello,
I have been reading for hours on the forums.

I want to put 315/70/17 tires on my truck, wich is a 4x4 09 xlt. The stock rims are not width enough (7.5in). So I have been shopping 17x9 wheels with backspace arround 5in. (I think this is the BS needed to 315/70 to fit.) So, I've found Pro Comp 7005 wheels, with a backspace of 4.75in and an offset of -6mm.

So with a 3.5 leveling kit in the front a 3 in block the rear, is everything supposed to fit?

Default 2011 with 295/60/20 Trail Grapplers

I just put Nitto Trail Grapplers, 295/60/20s on my 2011 4WD Super Crew Lariat. 2" Pro Comp level kit, stock 20" chrome wheels that are 8.5" wide. I'm not sure of the offset and backspace but I googled it and came up with 6.2" of back space and 38mm offset. No idea if that is accurate. It rubs the upper control arm at full lock. Note that the rub is almost un noticeable. Sort of a "scrubbing". Truck looks great and the tires are fairly quiet and smooth for an off road tread. I will post some pics when its daylight. Also, substantial decrease in MPG to the tune of 2-3 MPG. Could be something with the computer and new tire size though since I'm sure my speedometer is out of whack.

eBay for 140 hubcentric 2" spacers . IV not had time to clean her up to take pic this weekend . You'll have to clip a little metal on the inter fender well at an angle , trim and zip tie rear fender plastic and clip front plastic on a angle. Looks so good done though , iv got alot of compliments
