Default retrofit headlight output

I see a lot of pictures of the actual light and the cutoff but id really like to see distance shots. I know the cutoff is important for other drivers but distance is also important and I just cant find many pics just everyone saying its great so lets see some!

I will get some tomorrow for you! It's really good, I've aimed mine high with the driver drop off just below the other drivers neck and they have great distance, on high beam it's insane how much light there is!

Wink

I recently changed out my driving lights on my brushguard and I did some comparison shots. I'll just post up here what the my headlights do. I have an '11 Lariat. I did the '13 factory HID headlight upgrade. The first pic is the Low beam, the second is the High beam.

Yeah I knew that the width was there which I want because I drive a lot of roads at night that have a ton of deer and hogs but I didnt want to have a really short distance but I dont think thatll be a huge issue. Thanks for the pictures they look great

After I posted it I googled but most of what I found is cars so I decided to just leave the thread alone and see what people had. I guess it doesnt matter because they should have the same cutoff height but oh well hindsight is 20/20

Those are way better than stock but they just want alot for the stock lights. They look very good they just want almost as mich as paying someone to do a custom retrofit or a good bit more than doing them yourself, but they do improve a lot over stock

Its no big deal and some of rhe shorter drivers are gonna get a suprise when other peoples neck is their eyes lol. Im with you though a lot of people talk about aiming them what i would consider low. I see lifted trucks with blue hids that drive around with their brights on all the time so itll be fun to give them a flash of these headlight. I wish I just had money laying around for a 50 inch led bar to dedicate to blinding people like this but I dont so retrofits will have to do
