I had 35" trail grapplers on my '06 crew cab. Personally I thought they were great in mud and on the road they weren't too loud, but in the snow they were ****. I ran them through two Midwest winters, and was done with them. If I go for an "aggressive" tire again, I'm going with Duratracs. People rave about the all around capability, snow especially.

I had 35" Cooper Discoverer AT3s on my '05. Incredible in the snow, no noticeable road noise over stock and they looked great. I'll be getting them again when my 2011 needs new rubber.

I run the BFG's and love them, especially in the snow. They do clog in the mud easy though, just keep'em spinning. But hey, it's an AT tire. (Can't wait until the TKO 2 comes out). A lot of guys have been running Coopers AT3 up here and have nothing but good things to say about them. I will be putting a set on my wife's 2010 soon.

Side note for you folks that live in those hard to reach places, like Fairbanks. Check out amazon for tires, I had my BFGs shipped here for $206 to my door, $35 for the mount and balance. Saved me just shy of $500 with my amazon prime. Just a thought.

That is all you have been doing is bashing them due to the "snow" rating. If you would like I can pull up at least 3 or 4 instances in this thread in which you have prior to my response. I am done trying to shed some light to someone that calls me ignorant. Have fun in your bubble.

Next to last one wasn't exactly bashing tires but was very condescending to OP

This is ignorance at its finest. Pot+kettle=black

All preference my friend. Personally I'm not a fan of mud tires on street queens that occasionally park on the grass. I choose function over fashion everyday.

Thanks for the feedback though.
