Thinking about getting a Tremor, anything I need to look for??
I'm wanting to buy myself a "toy" vehicle this year. Either a GT Mustang or a Tremor. Since Tremor was only made in 2014, I'll have to buy something used. Luckily, there are still several out there with under 10k miles.
I'm wanting a FX2 because I would like to lower it for handling and it will never see winter so 4x4 is unneeded. I also want the Tremor Plus Package.
I haven't owned an Ecoboost so is there anything in particular I should look for or be aware of? It will still have factory warranty so I should be able to repair any problems. I'm a little uneasy about buying an EB but I'm hoping a 2014 has most of the issues ironed out.
Thanks in advance!

The pug life chose me.
I don't own an Ecoboost but I got some seat time in a 14' and that thing was awesome. Lots of power, I could only imagine how that would be in a reg cab 2wd. I think if you find a low mileage one you should jump on it.

You should be fine with an Eco. Just like the 5.0 most are reliable great engines.

You may be surprised and able to buy a new 14. There's one on the lot in a town I work in that's been sitting there a year. Find one like that and they might try to move it with discounts. Worth a shot!

I've searched and there are a couple new Tremors but they weren't the color or options I wanted.

For the fun factor, I'd go with the Stang. I know myself, that after 20 year's in the seat of a pickup, I feel very unsafe in any car now.
I didn't think I had any phobias, but I guess being down low is one now.
I'm sure I could drive the mustang all day and enjoy every moment, but a little part of my brain would be telling me, "I want back in the seat of a pickup."
If the the Tremor has tow/haul mode. I could see that being a lot of fun.
Can't lose either way man. Great dilemma, to have to make a decision on.

I'd get the Stang as well. I've always had trucks or SUV's so I'd treat myself to a fast sports car.
