Those are OEM carpet Tasca just has a little better prices than the local dealer. I also heard that the OEM carpets were not available yet for some reason (don't know if that rumor was true or not).
WeatherTech also makes a nice set of replacement carpet/vinyl that I am considering.

Ford OEM Mats available as accessories are not currently available due to the manufacturer/supplier for the mats going out of business. Ford is getting a new manufacturer/supplier for the mats. No date on when they will be available again. Go with weathertech or lloyds mats. Better quality and larger in size but they will cost more but you get what you pay for.

I suggest getting the WeatherTechs. They are a little pricey, but my truck is 3yrs old with 2 CO winters under its belt and the carpets still look like new.
Now I do like them OEM ones for their looks/style, but not nearly as protective of your investment.
