when I have my heater or my ac on I turn it up to 3 and 4 I get this noise that comes from the passenger side up on the dash. The ford dealer has replaced my blower motor twice and still same noise. We noticed if you parked and you open either door slightly the noise quits down, if you open all the way the noise goes away. It doesn't matter which door you open. I have a 2014 F150 Crew cab

Might be blockage in the air intake. Take your cowl off and check for debris by the air intake under the cowl.
