Tailgate F150 emblem removal....
I think the *** end of the truck would lock a lot cleaner without that F150 badge. Anyone know if there are any HOLES behind it?? Or is it just a stick on emblem??

There is no holes behind that emblem? Cause I had thought about removing it as well. Or even finding a lightning logo to replace it.
Luckily in California the dealers put there logos on the license plate frames and receiver covers and not on the tailgate. So mine were off before I left the parking lot!

there are BIG holes behind it. Ford use some of the rectangular steel compression clips to hold the logo in place. That logo is likely $50 through parts, so ya wouldn't want it to get stolen! I had hoped it was just 3M tape holding it on, and tried removing it myself...no such luck.

Flareside I think he is talking about the F150 emblem on the tailgate, not the Ford emblem. I know the Ford emblem has a bunch of holes behind it. But the F150 emblem im not sure.
