I had the lockpick installed on my 2012 Lariat a couple weeks ago. Total price w/ install was $280. Dealers can get the lockpick for about $219.

I wouldn't recommend installing yourself unless you have experience. Getting into the dash of the new f150's is a nightmare compared to other trucks.

Overall the lockpick is a great system and well worth the money. I use the DVD for long trips w/ passengers and regularly use the reverse camera while towing a load.

Follow the instructions that comes with the lockpick and you'll be able to get it done, no problems, in about 45 minutes or less. The video on the website is very helpful.

Hooking up the lockpick is the easy part. It's the getting to the back of the Nav unit that's the problem. Do you even have the lockpick? The instructions don't include anything about disassembling your entire dash and console. YouTube videos are the only help for that.

45 min is minimum time for a professional installer.

Seeing as you couldn't be bothered with reading my signature (I installed the lockpick on my truck almost 2 years ago), you probably also didn't notice this video on youtube was uploaded by coastetech. For future reference:
45 minutes for the install, start to finish. I also added front and rear cameras which took a bit of time to get them how I wanted them.

I'm very well aware that Coastaletech made the YouTube video. As far as your sig, I view the forum on the iPhone app and sigs aren't displayed. I stand by the 45min install is for a professional and not the average member of this forum. I think most here would be in over their heads halfway thru the dash tear down.

Which front camera did you install? I've been thinking of adding one also.

So the lockpick allows multiple video inputs for the factory nav screen?
