Anybody know what this is all about? I had been driving for about an before I parked the truck and caught this message on my screen. My key was completely out of the ignition... What scheduled maintenance could sync be doing lol?

Mine started this a while back over and over. I checked my Sync account and there was an update available. I updated my system and have not had any more problems.

It will do it every few months or so. I'm not sure entirely what it does during that time, but mine has done it 3 or 4 times since i've owned it and everything has always worked fine before and after it.

Mine gets that in spurts. It'll do it 1-3 times in a week then it's gone for months. Probably just what it says.

Mine has recently started doing it and lately my navigation freezes, I like my Sync in my 2011 much better, this new one sucks. My truck is going in next week for an oil change, guess I will have them check this out too.

I would suggest checking to see if there is an update available for your SYNC. I was extremely frustrated b/c mine was doing what you're describing, and I could kick myself for not updating it earlier. I have not had a single problem since I've done it.

I got that a couple days ago, for the first time. I'm at 7,800 miles.
Scared me for a bit. When I started my truck the screen was blank for a minute, then sync popped up.
