Default sync not working

Sorry if this has been address already but today when I got into my truck went to listen to my Bluetooth audio and my sync button on my steering wheel wouldn't work neither would my aux button on the dash. This has happened maybe once before. I have a 11 fly 5.0. Any suggestions thanks.

Number 4 I believe. Check your owners manual, I know its in the top left corner of the fuse box.
