Default SYNC command list

Anyone have a complete list of commands for SYNC? I searched this forum and SYNC my ride site, but no luck.

Well... At least with the my ford touch you can push the talk button and say "what can I say?" And it gives you a list

My owners manual!!! came with a Sync list command sheet, look it may help you
