My trucks a '11 so has the older FX logo and i really like the '12+ style better. Was thinking of taking mine off and putting the newer logo ones on since the trucks are basically the same on the outside.

My dilemma is i had my headrests and console lid embroidered with the older logo. Is it to much of a stretch to think id find someone that would trade headrest covers and console lid?

Just to clarify, are you trying to find someone to swap the OEM ones with your embroidered ones?

I'm not interested but figured I would give you a bump.

yes, i can always have them embroidered again. unless i got ultra lucky and found someone that had embroidered ones with newer logo that wanted the older logo? lol

another thing id like to add is how hard is it to remove the decals and for anyone that has applied stock or aftermarket decals how did you get them lined up correctly?

I have an '11 FX4 also, and have always been more found of the '12-14 logo. Regarding your headrests, I am assuming they are leather?

What color are your seats and are they leather? how about some pics?. I would be interested, but i live in California, and that might get $$$.

To switch decals I simply put two pieces of masking tape on top and bottom of the original decals. Took the old ones off and lined the new ones up between the tape. Appy the decal and your done. Pretty simple.

Yes, my headsets are black leather. Forgot to mention if i did a trade id need the console lid also since i had that embroidered as well.

I see there are alot of options for FX4 decals on ebay. I i pull the trigger to swap decals am i ok with ones off ebay or do i stick with the ford brand decals?

Not sure if the headrests are the same . I have Black Leather seats, so if they are the same , i'll do a trade. Post up some pics so i can have a look at them. Do you want all four, plus the console lid?
