Spring rate codes?

Spring rate codes?
I'm curious about the variation of springs on 2011 F150's.
I have a 2011 FX4 SuperCrew EcoBoost 145".
Here's my door sticker:
So I think UUAA are the spring codes, with UU as the front spring codes and AA as the rear.
Anybody able to decode these into actual spring rates?
Anybody with a similar, but slightly different truck that wants to share their spring codes?
One of the reasons I'm curious is I'm looking at the Rancho Quicklift loaded system. It comes with new springs, but the same springs no matter what configuration F150 you have. I wonder if these springs are stiffer or softer, and how much variation there is just from Ford on spring rates.

- Same truck, not FX4.
- Similar truck, but 5.0 or 6.2L.
- Similar truck, but 154" wheelbase.

OK, looking at the Ford Body Body Builders Layout Book it looks like they list the spring rates for all the different body/engine/wheelbase configurations.
It looks like there is less variation than I would have thought...
For example, 145" wheelbase (5.5' bed) 4x4 SuperCrews with the 3.5L, 5.0L, and even the 6.2L all use the same springs...

Of course the other issue is that I'm used to seeing springs, especially coils, defined as lb/in, N/m, or kg/mm. The numbers listed above are way to high to be lb/in measurements...
I'd love to know how Ford's spring rates map onto more standard spring rate measurements, and how he letter codes map onto the spring rates shown above.
I've seen the chart posted by Platinum_Sean, I don't think it's accurate for our vehicles, and it doesn't seem like those numbers are spring rates, as ALL the fronts are 5310 and almost all the rears are 5560.

OK, one more thought...
I've never seen springs measured in "Pound Force/Foot" but evidently they sometimes are, and it sure sounds like an American car thing to do
If it was in lb/ft, 3900 lb/ft would equal a somewhat plausible 325 lb/in or 5.8K kgf/m.
