I agree with you. As much as I question the look of my fx4 stickers. Something about a truck with nothing, doesn't look right.
It shouldn't look plain.... Cars don't have giant stickers on them?
I think we're so used to seeing something. Nothing looks wrong.
I bought a set of factory 2014 fx4 stickers, off of eBay.
I was going to put them on the ole' 2005.
Then I decided to buy a whole truck instead. So I have them sitting around now. Debating...should I keep them, in case mine peel or anything, or sell them cheaper to somebody who would appreciate them more

I worked for a Ford dealer body shop for 6 years. Replaced these decals constantly. I got all the estimates /invoices etc. And let me tell you I know for a fact the dealer cost was $38 on a 4x4 decal. Op's was $46. That's less than 20% markup. The place I worked for sold parts at 25% over cost.
