Just got a call from Ford and they said this is the way the headliner is designed.
They said there's two different styles, One that fits flush all along the windshield and rear window and one that has the hanging sections.

So I guess that means no repair for my truck.

Or when you go by a different dealer you see what they have to say! I am not sure if that is correct or not but I guess the guys with the 2013's can chime in! I know my 2012 doesn't look that way but they may have redesigned it when they had to replace a lot of headliners for the leaks in the third brake light, sunroof and I think the satellite antenna?

another idea is to stop by another dealer and see if all the 2013's look that way. I can see them changing it but not having two different ones unless it has to do with sunroofs as they will defiantly be different then the ones without! So I couldn't tell by your picture if it has a sunroof or not? If it does look at ones that have it and of course if it doesn't then look at ones that don't.. That is the only thing I can think of! If you find that the same year and roof that is in your truck doesn't look the way yours does then show them the difference and ask why that is??? I think they will say,,,,, we will have to order it!

I cannot tell from the picture posted, but loose headliners are a common F150 issue. I had to have mine secured in my old 2009 and have read of many others with a similar issue. It is a simple warranty claim and should be covered and the dealer should get on it.

They are telling him it's normal and won't fix it. Lol
