Default so my wife wants to race

my days of driving fast on the road are long behind me but for some reason my wife seems to think she would win a race

mine 2014 xlt scab 5.0 4*4 all stock no mods
her's 2015 Lexus Nx200 (4 cylinder turbo) all wheel drive

mine 360 hp @ 5,500 rpm

her's 235hp @ 4,800RPM

any thoughts who would win

granted i think my truck weighs 1000 pounds more than hers BUT i am pretty sure i would win

You would win...

Lexus 0-60 time: 8.8 seconds
F150 5.0: 6.7 seconds

considering that every 100lbs is equivalent to 10hp, it would seem close on paper. But given drive ratios, and the fact that the Lexus I-4 makes peak hp at just 4800 rpm, (imagine it falls flat there soon after), then you should get the easy win.
Or we could just go by the posted c&d numbers.

I never understood why cars vs truck races exist. I have a fast car and I have a truck. One pulls stuff and fits tons of cargo and cruises 70 no problem. My car caries the family of 4 with limited stuff and rips own the highway and around a race track at high speeds with no worries( and safely I must add). I don't confuse the two and don't understand why you would as well. Who cares if a car (Luxury EXport United States) is faster than your truck. FYI, I would lose the race just to make her feel good anyway
