He didn't say he wanted to race. Hell, he didn't even say he was GOING to race. He said his WIFE felt like she would win one, and he was curious about others opinions on the matter. But even if they did decide to line them up, what's wrong with a playful race with the wife aunt Nancy? Not like he is out looking for Saturday nite street races. Lighten up.

and yup mrv99, MurderFX is right - we don't street race (those days are long gone) the last thing we want to do is put anyone on the roads at risk - just friendly banter between my wife and i. she thinks hers is faster and i know she will be when she gets her next car (lexus rc f type) she will be much faster but again this it's just banter. of course when i showed her this link she said of course the ford guys would side with your truck

People will literally race anything. Hypothetical: RAM Hellcat vs your fast car. Would that not be a race bc it's a truck vs a car?

I live near a heavily Amish populated area. Boss and I were driving through on a business trip and saw two school aged boys racing their horse buggies.

If it moves, it will eventually be raced!

Ok let me rephrase cuz 700 horsepower doesn't make it a "truck" lol. A twin turbo custom ford lightning vs his fast car.
