How and where do you feed the backup camera wires for the camera itself to the back of the truck?

I've got everything hooked up but cannot for the life of me determine where the wires go to the rear.

Very confused.

There are holes in the rear door slots yo run the wires to the outside then just run it down the frame to the back it's pretty easy I wired backup camera and lights on mine.
