Vibration at Take Off
I have the exact same vibration at take off. My truck was lifted by dealer prior to purchase. Glad to know I am not going crazy and its actually happening on other trucks. Trucks going in tomorrow for a list of things to include moonroof knocking for the 7th time being taken in.

Hey Everyone,
I wanted to drop a quick note about where I have gotten with my local dealer and my 2012 157" WB. It has been in the shop collectively about a month for the vibration on takeoff, as well as for shifting issues, and a bad vibration at about 22 MPH, specifically in 3rd gear, and delayed power to the wheels when pressing the gas pedal.
For those of you having the wobble, I recommend trying the following, as it was how they were able to replicate my issue.
1. Find a decent grade hill
2. Drive up the hill at almost exactly 5MPH constant.
If you get a consistent wobble, then you have the issue that I was having. They were also able to replicate it a bit by running the truck up on the rack while the E-brake was partially engaged, simulating load on the powertrain.
What they attempted to repair, In order:
1. New Torque converter and fluid Pump
2. Entire 2 piece driveline assembly, twice.(includes carrier bearing)
3. New Transfer case
4. Ran complete engine diagnostics, balance test, misfires, etc
5. Serviced and inspected rear end (no issues found)
6. Pulled transmission. Found issues with clutch plates on 3rd, 4th, 5th gear. replaced parts (did not replace transmission as Ford corporate would not authorize it)
At this point, they informed me that the wobble at low speed was still there, but their hands were tied by Ford.
As a last ditch effort, they agreed to install the Raptor transmission mount as some others here have said it helped. I paid about $300 for the mount and labor to have them install it.
The new mount solved pretty much all of my wobble on takeoff, and I cannot get the truck to replicate using the hill method I mentioned before.
I am still getting the vibration at 20MPH, specifically when I am slowing down to a stop. It happens specifically at the point where the truck shifts between 4th and 3rd gear, in 3rd gear. It is also still doing the delay of engagement at some points, and shifting rough on occasion.
I have another call into the dealer with these specifics in mind, as at this point all signs seem to point to a trans issue, since everything else has been either replaced or inspected, even though they did inspect the transmission.
If you are having that same wobble on takeoff, I would recommend to consider the raptor transmission mount.

The shaft and diff had no shake at all but the trans was shaking 1 to 2 inches side to side. Checked all mounts they seem ok. So now I can check motor or trans.

here is a quote I found on Page 191 of my Owner's Manual for my 2014 F150. "When driving with a trailer or payload, a slight take off vibration or shutter may be present due to the increased payload weight."
My truck has had the shudder since new. At one time I was concerned, but now I just figure it comes with the territory. And if the shudder is abnormal, I just hope it breaks before 7 years or 100k miles.

I have an 09 with a similar problem, new dr shaft, springs then told its normal. I mounted a video camera under the truck aimed down the drive shaft and recorded a slow start out pulling a load (this makes the shake worse ).

Mine did this too. 0 to 4 mph shake 1-2 seconds. 2014 screw 3.5 Eco 6.5 bed
3.55 elocker 4x4. Fixed its self when I took the Leer canopy off. I guess it was enough weight to cause some change in the drive line setup. I had the canopy on since new and just took it off at 10,000 miles I was amazed that it was gone

Low Speed Shudder
Figured I would add my experience. I upgraded from a 2011 Screw 5.0 with 5.5 bed to 2014 Screw 3.5 with 6.5 bed. Bought the 14' used with less than 16K miles.
I immediately noticed the low speed shudder... Even worse - I started to see all the threads saying that most people could not get it fixed. I had my dealer look at it and they re-aligned the driveshaft center bearing and did an overall check over. I have to admit it shook less, but I could still notice it.
I decided to just eat it and install my own Raptor mount that I bought from Tasca for $88 bucks. Running back and forth to the dealer/arguing/borrowing another car gets to be a pain in the you know what.
After I installed the mount I can honestly say the shudder is gone. For the first few days the truck had what sounded like a drone through the chassis which almost had me rethinking it, but after a few reasonably hard takeoffs it seems like the new mount has settled in. No drone, shudder, or vibrations.
Hope this helps - miss my 5.0 sound, but love the EB torque and turbo whistle.
