I thought it was just a trim package but someone else told me it wasn't. BTW, I've been wanting to get rid of the sticker on the back of the truck but don't know how. Is it as simple as just peeling it off? I don't want to damage the paint. It looks like something a younger man would like, as a middle age guy it almost feels age inappropriate for me
STX stands for Sport Trim Extra; upgraded wheels, stereo, painted bumpers, and other miscellaneous equipment.

Thanks. 305/55/20. I like a little wheel gap. I may upgrade to 295/60 next. I like these because they're so light...only 8 lbs heavier per tire. No noticeable MPG drop.

Thanx engine45ine, wow lots of responses, thanks guys. So it's a little bit more than just a trim package because it includes some extra towing or load capabilities? interesting.

Removing the decals is easy, just go slow and heat it up alittle if necessary
Great explanation! Thank you

Could just leave it in the sun for a bit too.

Thanks a bunch, I'm going to man up and try it thanks to your post I've gained the confidence to do it myself. As much as I prefer to keep my things 'stock' this sticker is something that cheapens the look of the pickup for me, it's gotta go. To each their own right? Someone else might think I'm crazy for taking it off.

I got a new picture of the whole pickup showcasing the tint and new plasti dipped 3bar grille w/ptm surround. I'll be getting rid of the decals soon.

Crazy thing happened at the dealer last week, I paid for tint and sprayed liner and they called me to pick up the truck, I signed off for it not realizing that the liner hadn't been done! Next day I figured it out and now they are giving me trouble over getting the liner done. I then decided to get a refund and they are not happy about that. My refund is pending and ill be going to another dealer for the liner, I've lost confidence in those guys. Also at another dealer I'm ordering the OEM fender liners. I think those are going to really dress it up plus I think they protect the bottom edges from flying debri.

If anyone has ever installed those fender liners and has some advice, I'd greatly appreciate it. Rust is not a huge problem here in SoCal, but drilling out holes scares me a little, I want to make sure I rustproof properly with proper materials and techniques.
