I happen to really like my black vents! It always seems wrong to me how the only chrome thing in my interior is the door handles though.... The vents do a good job of making that seem purposeful...
I really like my middle jump seat bc I've got a supercab, but its always nice to have a real console with a regular cab so you can reach back there. Nice choices!

Me too. I had the chome ones on my 2011 xlt and had the leather wrapped steering wheel. With the stx at first it felt cheap, but I actually really like the all black look. No finger prints or smudges to show off. Plus the steerring wheel, my hands dont get stuck to the fake leather.
I'm not a fan of chrome in the interior because of sun glare. The lack of chrome and rubber floors is what attracted me to the STX... plus $10,000 in rebates helped too.
I got the OEM ford rims and tinted windows. Plus added two JBL door speakers, sounds way better. But I really like the look of it now from were it was. Not really sure what I want to add next. Maybe tool box or brush guard.

Agree to disagree.
I HATE the all black vents. I don't want to be reminded that I'm in an XL interior that has no contrast. I dislike exterior chrome, but with the chrome vents it looks 1000x better in there. The whole glare and fingerprint thing isnt even close to being an issue.
And the STX is available in both carpet and rubber.

My idea of the perfect truck has leather seats and a rubber floor. I'm going to install either Clazzio seat covers or pony up the dough for Katzkin seats soon.
