I had to make a spit decision when a moose walked out in front of me in the snow...swerving left or right would have rolled me over - a steep hill going up on one side and a steep one down on the other. Sometimes it's just better to hit it, it may end up being cheaper! My second moose encounter was when I was treating a patient in the back of an ambulance...that wasn't fun either.

New to the site and truck ownership in general. Here is my 2014 FX4 that I brought home off the lot yesterday. Trying to figure out what mods/accessories are a must for right now.
I plan on using it for camping, exploring ghost towns and abandoned gold mines in the area. I'm not interested in cheap, easy to break accessories or add ons. I am interested in extra lighting, front and rear, no chrome, maybe a little cool factor upgrade or two but nothing over the top. I still need something for occasional travel so gas mileage needs to stay at least what it is now, if not better.
