My suspension issues started when I messed with it. I’ve been injured a few times so I wanted to accommodate larger tires without raising it too much so I put in a ready lift 1.5” spacer in the front and a 3.0” in the rear. It rode PERFECT. When I say perfect, I mean I couldn’t tell we did anything to the factory set up. Well I liked it so much I went to a ready lift 2.0” in the front (just to balance the rake because the 3.0” rear is a little much. Now I’ve got tire noise (bad), if I drive over so much as a coke can it feels like I’m in a buck board wagon, and there is this ever present sound that almost sounds like I’m in four wheel drive (but I’m not). If you’ve ever hear what a M1A2 sounds like when its going past you that’s about the sound inside my truck only not as loud.
The dealer says its because of there being more space for the sound to echo. So I’m going to take the spacers off and replace them with the Bil 5100’s. Set them at 1.5” get my ride back and still fit my tires.
I then added the 20x9 +10 RBP R64s with 275.65.20 tires. They actually helped for some reason. However I just ordered Duratracs 285.60.20s.
All of this is nothing compared to wiring issues. First we took out the puddle mirror light one day to see how we could change it. (I now know of a place where you can just order a pre sealed led and call it a wrap). Well, once we unplugged it now I’ve got a B12C2 error code that will not go away. All I can find online is that it’s a puddle lamp issue nothing more. The local Ford dealership tech here in KY actually said “Well it starts with a B so maybe it’s the brakes?”.
Then we put in puddle lamps under my doors. The front doors have a Big Red 1 logo, and the rear doors have the US Army seal that shines down. Well since we put those in I get a code that says U1000.
The problem this creates is some days the entire exterior lights work when you unlock it sometimes they don’t. When they don’t the interiors are fine, licensee plate fine, door mirrors- no go, cargo light- no go. When this happens I plug in the Hypertech clear the codes it all works fine again.

Where can you get this pre-sealed LED puddle lamp to swap it out with? And this company adds logos or has a few select images offered?

Here is the pre loaded Puddles for the Mirrors. I just ordered a set.

As for the doors I used two companies one off Ebay that offered a million varieties, and Blackenwolf that specializes in military items

That's cool! Thanks for sharing. I just ordered a set of LED's for the door puddles and have to install them. So, I was curious to see the cost. For that price, I'm going to just use the dremel and some RTV sealant. But those LED puddle light covers are slick!
