I basically have the same set up as you, 2.5" level, 35x12.50x20, Fuels -18mm offset.
How much trimming did you have to do to get rid of the rubbing?
I've trimmed a bit and still have a little more rubbbng to take care of ...

I took off about 1 1/4" of the airdam on both sides. However i took it off in a straight cut this way it would not look to be cut at all. Best thing to do is lay under the front with a sharpie and have someone cut your wheels left to right. Make your marks on the airdam where the rubber hits then add another 1/4" to allow for suspension travel (or as dem boyz call flex. After the marks are made make a direct cross cut on your mark. The piece removed should look about 1" x 6" and you will not be able to see the cut.
