Default Wow and Thank You to Everyone!!!

Wow!

When I started this thread almost exactly 3 years ago, all I wanted to know is what this color looked like prior to ordering my truck. I thought I'd maybe get a few dozen replies at most. I never thought it would grow to 2,000 posts and 100 pages of pure Sterling Gray Metallic F-150 awesomeness. Thank you to everyone who has kept this thread going!

Now show me some more Sterling Gray!!!

Anthracite Gray it is a bit higher cost per can but matches Sterling fairly close

How many coats did you use and did you use any glossifier? It really does look like a good match in your pics.

thanks, I did not use glossifier. Overall I did 10 coats using about 3 cans. Started out thinner coats and after about 3 coats started applying thicker. Did the same on the emblems but only did 8 coats on them. Overall you can tell shade difference in person but overall without doing custom match I am very pleased with it being as close as what it is.
