For what it cost ($500ish shipped) it's worth it in my eyes..and ears.
It was EASY to install. Power harness from battery, through firewall, down passenger side rocker and to sub/amp. Only tricky spot is the wiretap for the speaker leads/signal in the front passenger kick panel.
It doesn't have a separate gain on the amp, so it has to be "tuned" via the head unit's EQ, so that's a bit of a draw back for most people. Do I mind?...yeah. Enough to give a damn...nah. Right now the bass setting on the HU is 0, sometimes I run it at -1. It hits pretty well. Takes up little more space than the POS Sony 8" and looks like it belongs there.
