Default rattle/grind and pop noise in the front end

Was wondering if anyone else experienced anything like this with there trucks. My truck is a 2011 f150. I go thru allot of water holes/mud. I'm thinking its in the autolocking hub assembly.

Mine does this too when the truck slides through mud while braking. Mines 2wd. I have no idea what it is.

That's what I figured. That's about when mine started making noises. I'm gonna try and get them to install the manual hubs

I heard it for the first time today. I have 3100 miles. Makes the same type of noise like when you overtighten a bolt if that makes sense. It would do it when I stopped, and when I accelerated.

My dealer tried to blame it on my leveling kit but i knew better, they said the vacuum line was to tight. When my brand new truck left me stranded in the woods stuck, because it wouldnt lock in i just popped the hood and pulled the vacuum line off the solenoid and the hubs locked , i got her home and ordered the vacuum solenoid online and fixed it myself, stupid i know but cheaper than driving to dealer and them keeping it for days.

Well I'm going on my 3rd trip to the dealer in 2 weeks to try and get the problem fixed they've replaced 2 parts already. One of the actuators I think as well as the check valve still got a grinding noise
